Scripture Declares….

Only Virgin girls and or Widowed women have a Biblical Authority to take a Husband.

Scripture reveals that when a virgin girl has sex with a man, she becomes “Known” by that man.  She becomes “Joined” to the man as One Flesh.  Society should recognize said couple as man and wife.  Man’s failure to recognize them man and wife is not God’s fault.

Paul declares — “There is a difference between the wife and the virgin.  The unmarried woman cares about the things of the Lord…But she who is married cares about the things of the world.”  1 Corinthians 7:34

Question — who is the ‘unmarried’ according to Paul?  Answer — the Virgin.

A couple questions to ponder…..Please take these Polls……………..

Scripture reveals that only “Death” will separate the One Flesh Union.  Hence why Widows are the other category of women who have the Biblical authority to take a husband.

Paul admonishes the Corinthians that only ‘death’ will sever this one flesh union.  He writes —

“A wife is bound by law as long as her husband lives; but if her husband dies, she is at liberty to be married…”  1 Corinthians 7:39

A more thorough explanation —

“For the woman who has a husband is bound by the law to her husband as long as he lives.  But if the husband dies, she is released from the law of her husband.  So then if, while her husband lives, she marries another man, she will be called an adulteress; but if her husband dies, she is free from that law, so that she is no adulteress, though she has married another man.”  Romans 7:2-3

It is my assertion that if one applies the following Rubric to all Scripture pertaining to Sex and Marriage, one will find perfect balance and harmony.

Rubric — Only Virgin girls and Widowed women have permission to take a husband and it be righteous.  When a virgin girl has sex, she becomes joined to the man as one flesh.  Only death will sever this bond.  If the non-virgin woman does not remain under the authority of her first lover (as a wife), she will be understood as “defiled”.  Defiled means that she can have no other husband unless the first husband/lover is dead.  She is ‘defiled’ because she is joined to a man as ‘one flesh’.  If a different man would take her as a wife, he would be sexually immoral as she is joined to another man.  This is a sin against the body.

Apply this rubric to all Scripture pertaining to sex and marriage and you will find perfect harmony.

In regards to the Poll about Romans 7:2-3 and 1 Corinthians 7:39………………..

So far the votes for “charity” out weigh the nays. This just totally boggles my mind. How can Romans 7:2-3 not be any more clear?! This is the power of deception folks.

Why would Paul make such a statement and say that ‘death’ is the only vehicle by which the woman can take a new husband……………………………and then for men to believe that although Paul said “death”, what he really meant to say is that ‘death’ is not the only remedy.

DEATH is so emphatic. It is far from subjective. Death is only OBJECTIVE. I’ll venture to guess that the Atheist would answer correctly because he has no skin in the game. Most Christians either are un-righteously married, or their loved ones are un-righteously married so obviously they have incredible bias. So sad.

Take up your own cross! Die to self! Christians say they love Jesus; but they spit in His face by not taking Him seriously.

It is sad that logic and a sound thinking mind is not enough to break the bonds of deception.

This is the logic of the typical Evangelical —

You can take for a wife a woman who has joined herself to a man as ‘one flesh’ by way of sexual intercourse. But had this woman said “I do” or filled out some paper work; or if the church declared her married — such a woman you cannot take for a wife. So….we have two women described: both are non-virgins; both have joined themselves to a man by way of ‘one flesh’ through sexual intercourse. But the difference is the woman who you cannot take for a wife is the woman who is deemed a ‘wife’ by tradition/ceremony/intent.

Here is the Irony — Most Evangelicals will say that “God joins” a man and a woman in marriage. So my question is “How”? How does He know when the woman and man are sincere? When the heart is “desperately wicked”, how does God or how does ‘man’ know when they are really sincere? Is it any wonder why the divorce rate amongst Christians is over 50%?!

Worded slightly different — You can take a woman who has had sex with another man for a wife as long as she never said “I do”. But you can’t take a woman for a wife who has said “I do” but is still a virgin. This woman is married because she said “I do”…………although she is not ‘one flesh’ with a man. Such is adultery. But the woman who has slept with men or multiple men…………..have at it! This woman you can take for a wife because although she is one flesh with a man, she never said “I do”.

“Till Death Do You Part”. Every single wedding ceremony I have been to, repeats this phrase. Is it Biblical? Of course. DEATH is the only remedy by which the one flesh union can be dissolved. However………….do Christians believe it??? Absolutely not. They give it “Lip Service”. I have yet to find one brick and mortar church who actually enforces this mandate.

So what makes a man and a woman “bound for life”? A vow? Or Sexual Intercourse. Do the math.

And I’m the one who is mentally ill…………..according to them. What a disgrace.
